Extensive Predictive Maintenance, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) experience. Capable of analyzing engineering, operational, design deficiencies and maintenance shortcomings in addition to company profitability.
More than 25 years of experience in heading and managing plant reliability and engineering departments. Initially, worked as a Machinery Diagnostics Manager as a vibration expert in Operation Services and lastly associated as HOD (Station Engineering), Engineering Office Complex, NTPC Limited, Noida.
During the service, resolved many critical and chronic problems of high-speed machinery such as Turbine Generators, Pumps, Fans etc, and Participated in & published various technical papers at National and International Conferences.
